Between Aeon Vaults and the Client
This agreement is between us, Aeon Vaults, and you, the person, persons or corporate entity or entities with whom we have opened one or more accounts. It covers our investing accounts and corresponding investment services. If the terms enlisted herein do not suit you best, please endeavour to reach out to us.
Where they are relevant, we have used industry standard terms and definitions in this agreement and other related documents.
To contact you, we will use the most recent email address, telephone and mobile numbers which you have given us and also, we may use web push notifications. To warn you about any actual or suspected fraud or security breach or threats, we will use the fastest and most secure way of contacting you which may be either through text or email address.
You must tell us as soon as possible if any of your contact details change. If you do not, we would not in any way, manner or form be held liable if you do not get any notices or information from us.
We may record and monitor calls so we can improve our services and for security reasons. If we receive a call from your cellphone number, we may use it if we need to contact you urgently. We will always use our official language to communicate with you.

USING YOUR ACCOUNT
2.1. Verifying Your Identity
We may need to verify that we are dealing with you directly or indirectly and that you’ve authorized any actions taken on your behalf. Signatures and encrypted identifiers may be used. Use of your security details will be taken as authorization.
Security Measures
We will take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access. You must do your part to keep security details safe. Account access may be restricted if misuse is suspected. You must report suspicious activity or loss of security credentials immediately.
Third-party Account Access
You may authorize someone else to access your account via a signed mandate or power of attorney. If you become incapacitated, legal documentation must be provided. You remain liable for all actions taken by the authorized person.
Joint Accounts
All holders can access the account. After a dispute is reported, all must operate the account jointly. Upon death, the account is transferred to the surviving account holders. You may convert between joint and sole accounts, but not repeatedly.

Tax Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for fulfilling your tax obligations. Aeon Vaults does not provide tax advice.
PAYMENTS – WITHDRAWALS AND DEPOSITS
Deposits
You can deposit money using various cryptocurrencies as outlined in your user dashboard. Ensure you verify the amount and destination address before confirming.
Mistaken or Fraudulent Funding
We will reverse any payments made in error. If another party disputes a payment, and the dispute is confirmed, we may share your name and contact with them. Suspected fraudulent funds will be removed without prior notice.
Blocking Payments
We may block access to payment methods if we suspect fraud or security issues. We'll notify you unless prohibited by law. Suspension may also occur if you breach the agreement or impede company operations.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued unless legally supported and validated.

Amendments
We may update our terms as needed. If you don’t close your account within the notice period, we will consider the changes accepted.
Account Closure
You can close your account anytime. We will disburse your remaining balance once all obligations are settled. Contact our support team to request a closure form.
Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for events beyond our control, such as regulatory restrictions or natural events.
Privacy
By using our services, you consent to our handling of your data as explained in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent by closing your account.
